At Huda Islamic Gift Shop we aim for 100% customer satisfaction, we offer complete transparency and fairness to all. We work hard to offer our customers a range of high quality products at affordable prices. However, in the event that you would like to return an item, the following guidelines must be adhered to:
We must be notified within 28 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Please include your order number in email with reason for return/exchange. Each item will be checked for eligibility for return against the list below
We cannot accept returns from the following items:
Perishable products such as food
Sale items
Health & personal care items for hygiene reasons such as roll on perfumes
Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts
Any item that is returned after 28 days of purchase
Used products
Items that are not in the original packaging
If you wish to exchange a product it will be a matter of returning the previous purchase and reordering the item you want again.
We can only accept returns that have been authorised by our returns team via email. The email will include how and where to send your return. Alternatively, you can return orders in store providing you have valid proof of purchase.
Any orders returned without pre-authorisation will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the return delivery and the fees for delivery will not be included in the refund. We strongly advise that you use the recorded Royal Mail postage service, as we cannot take liability for the cost or lost/damage parcels during transit.
If your return is authorised and is received, our staff will inspect the condition of the item and then email you, notifying you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 5-10 working days, depending on your card issuer.
Please ensure you read descriptions on products before placing orders.
If the wrong item is sent to you, we will request that it is returned and a full refund will be issued to you including the delivery charges as the fault is our own.
In the unlikely case that the item is damaged upon delivery, you must email us within two days of receiving the item. We may ask for photographic evidence and/or a written description of the damage, so we are able to resolve as quickly as possible. Insha’Allah.
We were reserve the right to change or alter the price or availability of a product at any given moment. However if you have already made the payment for a now-unavailable item, you will be refunded the amount in full.
